Free-Range Duck Eggs – Soy-Free, Fresh from Pasture-Raised Ducks
Unwashed eggs can be stored at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
Refrigerated eggs (washed or unwashed) keep best up to 3 months.
Always wash eggs before use if unwashed.
For longest freshness, store with the pointed end down in the carton.
Homemade noodles made with duck eggs have unbeatable flavor and texture!
Ingredients:
2 duck eggs
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour (plus extra for dusting)
½ tsp salt
1–2 tbsp water (if needed)
Directions:
Mound flour on a clean surface and make a well in the center.
Crack in the duck eggs and sprinkle with salt.
Gently mix the eggs into the flour using a fork, then knead until smooth.
Let rest 15 minutes, then roll out thin and cut into noodles.
Boil in salted water for 2–3 minutes until tender.
